As Chief Customer Officer at RDI Corporation, Tim spearheads the strategic vision and execution of customer-centric solutions, overseeing 30+ client programs across diverse industry verticals. With over 15 years of experience in customer experience (CX) leadership and innovation, he has consistently driven improvements in customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency by leveraging data analytics, technology, and process optimization.
A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Tim also holds expertise in NPS analytics and Lean Management. His passion lies in solving complex challenges faced by both customers and agents, ensuring seamless and effective CX strategies.
Tim has built and mentored a team of eight Client Service Directors, equipping them with the skills to excel in client relations, communication, and data-driven decision-making. His deep knowledge of AI, CRM, IVR, and speech analytics enables him to spearhead CX enhancement initiatives, optimize new client onboarding, and develop sales revenue strategies for major brands.

Brian launched his career in market research by managing quantitative call centers with SIRS Research in 2007. By 2009, Brian transitioned into qualitative research by taking over and managing the recruitment center, focusing primarily on qualitative recruitment to accommodate all methodologies of research. In 2014, Brian took charge in managing an Impulse Survey Top Focus Group Facility. Throughout 2019, Brian and his colleagues have transitioned SIRS Research into RDI Sightline and have continued to provide full-service research needs to business professionals nationwide.

Jazmine manages all aspects of our survey data processing, ensuring each project has a solid foundation for data collection before fielding. She then sees the project through to final data deliverables used to produce insights for your team. Each project benefits from Jazmine’s dedication to quality and 20+ years of market research experience. Her career began as a telephone interviewer with SIRS, Inc. in 1999. Over the past two decades, she has amassed knowledge in every aspect of market research from the ground up, working in various roles before landing as Director of Data Management at RDI Sightline.
